The chemical ground electrode is the latest grounding design, which reduces resistance through the ion release effect. Available materials include pure copper, copper-clad steel, stainless steel, copper bonded stainless steel, and galvanized steel.

1. Advantages:

Reducing resistance effectively: drag reducing agent absorbs water from the soil, reduces resistance and maintains stability;

Stable resistance reduction results: the electrolytic ion grounding wire works one week after installation and is not affected by temperature and humidity, and its service life can be as long as 30 years;

Good corrosion resistance and conductivity: It has good corrosion resistance and conductivity with skin effect and pure copper material;

No maintenance cost: there is no special care after installation, so the maintenance cost is very low;

Glossy surface: experienced craftsmen use advanced machines to make rods, with a brighter surface;

Simple installation: simple machine with easy installation which can be done manually, so the installation cost is very economic;

Long service life: the maximum copper thickness of one side can reach 0.5 mm, and the theoretical life can be 30 years;

Chemical ground electrode is used in power plants, substations, tower, earthing system of communication stations, airports, railways, subway stations, high-rise buildings, computer rooms, oil factories, etc.

2. Usage:

Drilling: drilling 140 mm × 3500 mm holes or passages on the ground. The multi earthing pole should be connected by the channel of 600 mm x 350 mm.

Installation of ion grounding rod: connect the wire, remove the sealing tape of the suction hole and release hole (necessary); put the electrode into the assy hole; connect the lead wire with anti-corrosion bolt, and weld with exothermic welding.

If more than one grounding electrode is required, it is recommended to connect copper stranded wire of 95 square millimeters or galvanized round wire or galvanized strip with exothermic welding.

Fix bentonite and water: fill bentonite and water with 1:1 ratio, then mix with the stick to remove air, check the connection, and add soil.

Test resistance: test the resistance 3 days after installation, retest after one month and six months, and observe the change.
