The spacing of the grounding body should not be less than 2 times its length. The spacing of the horizontal grounding body should comply with the design regulations. When there is no design regulation, it should not be less than 5m. The grounding body should be placed on the centerline of the dug trench and driven into the ground. After being hammered, the end will be deformed. It must be cut or ground before it can be put into the mold, otherwise it will cause the mold to not close tightly, resulting in copper melt leakage. You can use a steel cone sleeve to protect the end and hit it with a hammer. The end has a screw hole or threaded ground rods need to be cut off the end before welding, and the connection ends of the copper-clad steel ground rods must be kept clean.
1) First select a special mold according to the wire diameter and welding type ("1" type, "T" type or "ten" type), select the mold of the specified model and specification, and check whether the appearance of the mold is complete and the contact surface of the mold is dense. Whether the conformity is tight, if there is any defect, it should be replaced.
2) The mold and the copper-clad steel ground rod to be welded should be clean and dry. Check that the mold is intact and then put the ground bus into the mold and make appropriate adjustments. When clamping the mold, use clamps to clamp up and down, and open the top cover to make a funnel. Put the steel dish into the bottom of the reaction chamber, pour an appropriate amount of solder powder according to the diameter of the ground wire and smooth it, and then sprinkle the igniting powder from the surface of the soldering powder to the edge of the die. Pay attention to the igniting material covering the soldering powder to the ignition port.
3) Check again if the fixture is tight. After the inspection is complete, the ignition personnel hold the special igniter to aim at the ignition port and pull the trigger to ignite. After the solder powder ignites, wait for about 30 seconds, then the fixture can be opened and the mold can be opened. Then remove the welding slag and prepare for the next welding spot.
4) After welding, the welding seam exposed by removing the mold should be full, flat and smooth. If there are small burrs or welding slag splash, clean it with a copper wire brush to ensure that the welding seam is full, flat and smooth. The joints of thermal flux welding should have no penetration air hole.
