When using the
ion ground wire, attention should be paid to connecting the installed ion grounding rod electrode with bare copper cable to form the main ring. The connection point should be welded by
exothermic welding, and the drilling hole should not be greater than 155mm so as to avoid insufficient filling of filler. When capping the protective cap, attention should be paid to the ventilation hole on the rod, and should not be blocked by soil or filler, and the ventilation hole on the cap should not be blocked on the backfill soil. It is advisable to use 95 mm2 multi-strand copper wires for the lead-out line, and exothermic welding for the connection between the lead-out line and the grounding pole. When one set of grounding poles fails to meet the requirement of grounding resistance, two or several sets of parallel connection can be used. The interval between the rod and the rod should not be less than 5 m.
Firstly, the holes in the 155mmX3155mm vertical ground should be drilled out in the selected construction site; secondly, 50 kg fresh water should be put into the container with a volume larger than 150L, the initiator should be added, the initiator should be stirred to dissolve completely, the synergistic ion filler should be added, the paste should be stirred, and the filler should be prepared; thirdly, the sealing tape at both ends of the grounding pole should be removed and the filler prepared according to 1:4 should be filled into the holes. The ground pole at the bottom of the hole is embedded in the hole, and the top of the earth pole is parallel to the ground level; the ground lead-out wire is filled with other fillers around the ground pole until the top of the ground pole is 100 mm. The ground pole is implanted, the protective cap is covered, the grounding resistance is measured, and the top of the cap is 100 mm above the ground.
