The installation procedure of BSD Chemical Ground Electrode System:

1. Borehole or dig pit:

If vertical type BSD Chemical Ground Electrode System, should drill a holl first.
Diameter should about 160mm; Depth should be about 600mm to 800mm than the length of the BSD Chemical Ground Electrode.

If horizontal type (L type) BSD Chemical Ground Electrode System, should dig a pit first.
The pit's depth should about 600mm to 800mm than the vertical length of the BSD Chemical Ground Electrode, the width should about 160mm, the length should be about 100mm than the horizontal length of the BSD Chemical Ground Electrode.

2. Fill the BSD Resistance Reducing Agent:

Mix the BSD Resistance Reducing Agent with water, the rate is about 1:4,churn up to paste, then pour it into the hole or pit, and the depth is about 200mm.

3. Install the BSD Chemical Ground Electrode:

1) Dilacerate the sealed adhesive tape from the bottom of the BSD Chemical Ground Electrode,bare the  electrolytic ion hole
2) Put the BSD Chemical Ground Electrode into the hole or the pit digged before.
3) Join the Conductor with earhing network, refer the picture 1.
4) Put the Resistance Reducing Agent around the the top of Chemical Ground Electrode.
5) Test the resistance value, if good, so conceal it with soil.

Note:
1. If one set of BSD Chemical Ground Electrode System can not meet the resistance demanded, can use two sets or more. The conductor usually be used as the 95mm square copper Strand wire.
2. The resistance value calculate formula of single BSD Chemical Ground Eeletrode System:
R=0.5*ρ/h
R stands for Resistance value of single BSD Chemical Ground Electrode.
ρ stands for soil average resistance
h stands for the length of BSD Chemical Ground Electrode
